Business Development Executive – (IT Sales)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
1.Identify and target potential clients through Linked-In, online research, and other
lead-generation methods.
2.Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads in the IT sector.
LinkedIn Marketing:
1.Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to connect with prospects.
2.Develop and execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage decision-makers.
Cold Calling and Outreach:
1.Conduct cold calls to establish initial contact and qualify leads.
2.Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.
Product Demo and Presentation:
1.Conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
2.Present solutions effectively to senior executives (e.g., CEOs, CTOs, and VPs) and other
stakeholders.
Sales Strategy and Closing:
1.Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into sales.
2.Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth. 
Relationship Management:
1.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer
satisfaction.
2.Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and proposing suitable solutions.
Market Research and Analysis:
1.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
2.Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to improve offerings.
Reporting and Documentation:
1.Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
2.Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and pipeline updates for management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Proven experience in IT sales, with a focus on B2B lead generation and account
management.
· Expertise in LinkedIn marketing and cold calling.
· Strong ability to engage and build relationships with senior-level executives (C-suite).
· Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
· Demonstrated success in conducting product demos and closing deals.
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
· Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in selling software, SaaS, or technology products.
· Knowledge of the latest sales tools and techniques.
· Familiarity with enterprise IT solutions and digital transformation concepts.
