We are looking for a customer-focused and goal-oriented International Voice Process Executive with 1-3 years of experience to handle inbound/outbound calls for our international clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide effective customer service, sales, or technical support over the phone. You will be expected to meet performance targets while maintaining high standards of service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound/Outbound Calls: Handle international customer calls related to queries, complaints, sales inquiries, or technical support.
- Customer Service: Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to products, services, or technical issues, ensuring a smooth experience for customers.
- Documentation: Accurately log and update customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring all details are recorded for future reference.
- Adherence to Policies: Follow company procedures, compliance regulations, and quality standards for call handling.
- Performance Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to call handling time, quality, sales conversions, and customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and achieve overall team goals.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an international voice process (customer support or technical support).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Englis
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts

Preferred Qualifications:
