We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SaaS Sales Manager to drive our sales initiatives and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales, leadership experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. You will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, mentoring team members, and executing strategies to achieve revenue growth.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to exceed targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales initiatives.
Monitor sales metrics, track team performance, and provide regular reports to leadership.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Provide coaching and training to enhance the skills of the sales team.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
4+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and make informed strategic decisions.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Experience in B2B sales and enterprise sales is a plus.
