We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment and a passion for identifying and attracting top talent.
Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings, schedule interviews, and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
Job Postings: Create and post compelling job descriptions to attract top talent.
Coordination: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment reports.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide suitable candidates.
Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice to attract top talent.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment is mandatory.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficient in recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Working Days: Monday to Friday.
