We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment and a passion for identifying and attracting top talent. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings, schedule interviews, and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.

  • Job Postings: Create and post compelling job descriptions to attract top talent.

  • Coordination: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment reports.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide suitable candidates.

  • Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice to attract top talent.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment is mandatory.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).

  • Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

    • Proficient in recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.

    • High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Work Details:

  • Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

  • Working Days: Monday to Friday.
